mlr (Oli from Sonic Router) put together this mix for Ramp Radio a couple months ago. a lot of good selections from a ton of brilliant producers, but i’m having a particularly difficult time getting over how well-executed #2 (2:04) and #20 (40:42) are. both were, as best as i can determine, produced by James Blake, but who knows? the dissociation of artist—here for obviously pragmatic reasons—from the song forces the latter to shine wholly by its own merits.
