in memory of HM
the fine folks over at ucsd have been streaming the sectioning of HM’s brain all day (and possible yesterday too). pretty excited at what may come from this. Dr. Annese has collaborated with the lab i work at before, so we’re living super vicariously.
most importantly, though, how often do you get to see a brain suspended in a chunk of ice, being sliced up all deli-style?
